Located along the Como-Harriet Streetcar Line, this community was developed more quickly than the rest of Edina, which is mostly rural.

Today, this old streetcar suburb is a popular place to live, sharing borders with the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. You can see that past development in the landscape today. For instance, this community boasts a relatively high density of people per square mile.
